The problem
The same athlete exists four times. Once in a district register, once in a federation spreadsheet, once in a scheme file, once in a Games entry. Four spellings, three dates of birth, no way to reconcile them. Every report built on that data is quietly wrong.
What it does
The Unified Athlete Repository is the master identity layer for an entire sports ecosystem. It issues a permanent Unique Digital ID (UDID) to every athlete, coach, and official, verifies them with Aadhaar-backed KYC and tokenised consent, and links them through role-based access, so every other module draws from one trusted source of truth.
